1. Do I find it easy to express my emotions in positive, constructive ways?

2. When I am angry or bothered, do I try to let others know how I feel in non-confrontational or non-hurtful ways? 

3. Can I express all ranges of feelings (i.e. hurt, sadness, fear, anger, joy, etc.) and manage emotion-related behaviours in a healthy way?

4. Do I find healthy ways to avoid letting my emotions get the better of me? Do I think before I act?
